Deadline: September 17, 2026.

The Program aims to contribute to the excellence of Franco-Quebec university and scientific cooperation, its development, and dissemination. Particular attention will be given to projects initiating new collaborations.

The Program supports mobility between France and Quebec, in order to:

  • Foster the emergence of inter-university partnerships between France and Quebec;
  • Support the initiation of new collaborations between teams in France and Quebec;
  • Promote the integration of French and Quebec universities into international research and training networks.

The maximum grant awarded for each project is CAD30,000 for the Quebec side and €20,000 for the French side over a two-year period. Disbursements to institutions will be a maximum of CAD15,000 per year (FRQ) and a single payment of €20,000 (France). The grant is non-renewable.

Each project must be led by two principal investigators, one designated by the Quebec side and the other by the French side. Proposed projects may fall within any field of research.

Deadline: September 17, 2026. Please note that partner universities in Quebec may require an earlier internal deadline.
