The Jacques Hadamard Mathematical Foundation offers invitation grants for professors in the fields of optimization, operations research, and data science. The invited person must be hosted by a laboratory in the Paris-Saclay region. They will need to participate in certain events of the Gaspard Monge program (such as a seminar) and give an advanced course in optimization at one of the institutions on the Saclay plateau. The target audience may include students from the optimization master’s program at Paris-Saclay or from the Hadamard doctoral school.

The financial support offered amounts to a maximum of €5,000 per month.

The application file (CV, course proposal, and research project) must be submitted by the host institution, so it is advisable in the first step to identify and contact a colleague in the Paris-Saclay region related to the project.
